MEET YOUR INSPECTOR

David Moreno

Hi, I'm David Moreno, owner of Streamline Environmental and your local asbestos inspector in Southern California.

Every crew deserves to go home as healthy as they showed up, and my team and I have spent 10 years sampling building materials for contractors, adjusters, and homeowners across Southern California.

Our technicians are Cal/OSHA Certified Site Surveillance Technicians, and every report is signed off by a Certified Asbestos Consultant. I know a stopped job costs you money every day, so we take last-minute calls and get results back the same day or next morning.

Let's get your project moving again.

WHAT YOU GET AFTER THE INSPECTION

What's Inside Your Formal Asbestos Report?

Your report is signed off by a Certified Asbestos Consultant and shows which materials need abatement. Use it for abatement bids, insurance claims, and your permit records.

  • Every sample location by room and material

  • Accredited lab results for each sample

  • Which materials contain asbestos and which came back clear

  • Recommended next steps

  • Documentation ready to share with your client or adjuster

02

Meet Your Inspector

A technician comes out, often within 24 hours. They collect samples and send them to an accredited lab.

03

Get Your Report

Results come back the same day or next morning. We send you a formal report that shows which materials contain asbestos and what your abatement contractor needs to do next. If anything in the report is unclear, call us and we'll walk you through it.

TEST BEFORE ANYONE TOUCHES IT

You Can't Tell If A Material Has Asbestos By Looking At It. Lab Testing Tells You Which Materials Contain Asbestos Before Anyone Cuts Into Them

It can hide in ceilings, flooring, drywall, stucco, roofing, and pipe insulation, and it's usually harmless until someone cuts, sands, or breaks it. Our certified technicians sample the materials you're about to disturb and tell you which ones need a licensed abatement contractor. Ready to find out what's in your building?

Do I Need A Survey Before Renovation Or Demo

South Coast AQMD Rule 1403 requires an asbestos survey before most renovation and demolition work. Skipping it can shut down your job and lead to fines.
